How to use the Habits screen?
At the bottom of your home screen you will have one of the following:
- Select Habit
- Currently working on
When you click it you will be taken to the Habits screen.
You can add the habits you want to work on on that screen. Just type in the name of the habit(max 25 characters) and click on the Add Habit button.
Only one habit can be selected to be displayed on the home screen.
Click on the star icon to select the habit you want to focus on. Use the red bin icon to remove the habit.
Click on the info icon on the top to get more information about the Habit screen.
